Satisfaction Guarantee

We at Caritas believe, as Charles Schwab does, that should a client be disconcerted, confused, or just plain not interested in paying a management fee for a quarter, for almost any reason, then we will refund that fee to the client. This is our guarantee. If the client is dissatisfied and submits a written (via regular mail or email) request for refund of their quarterly fee, within the four weeks following the close of the quarter in question, we will refund the entire gross quarterly management fee to the client.  There are no exceptions to this rule. However, if the client requests more than two fee refunds in any same calendar year, Caritas reserves the right to no longer provide investment management services to the client, pending consistent reason for clients’ dissatisfaction stated in writing. If the client is not happy, Caritas is not happy. We aim to please, and with our ultra-low cost ETF/Covered Call option overlay strategy we believe we can please even the most discerning of clients.
